- Person’s partial credit card details (last 4 digits and card expiration date)
A person’s name and email address are asked for when a visitor yannilunga.com or the websites mentioned above requests to access a free resource or download a lead-magnet and signs up for the email list.
This is clearly stated on the opt-in forms created with Thrive Leads, Thrive Architect and Divi Builder.
A person’s geographical location is collected automatically once a person is signed to the email list, which is managed with the email marketing software ActiveCampaign.
A person’s internet IP is collected automatically through a web browser – like Google Chrome, Firefox Mozilla and Safari – unless the person uses the Incognito Mode or deletes his/her web browser cookie history.
Though Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur sells products and services – and payments by customers are either done using Stripe or PayPal – no information related to the person is displayed in full, NEVER.
The last 4 digits of a credit card, its expiration date and name of the owner are automatically saved in the payment getaway dashboard (Stripe or PayPal, depending on which the customer used) and the product delivery platform SnappyCheckout.com.
Information about a customer’s credit card details, though saved automatically, is not used for any purposes with the exception of membership site subscription (which is renewed automatically – unless cancelled – on a monthly or annual basis).
Information such as a visitor’s name and email address may be collected if the visitor shares it through the live chat tool FreshChat, which is displayed on most of the yannilunga.com and other websites managed by 360 Entrepreneur. In this case, the data might be stored into the FreshChat dashboard as well as a private Slack channel which is integrated with FreshChat and managed and accessed only by Yann ilunga.
At no time will any of this information be shared publicly or with third parties.

Reading the blog, listening to the podcast, watching a video or having an email or social media exchange with Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur does NOT lead to the person’s details being collected and added to the email newsletter or products and services.
A person contact details (name and email address) may be added to the 360 Entrepreneur internal database CRM system for internal uses only (into a tool called Plutio).
In some cases, a website visitor might share some data through the FreshChat live chat available on most webpages managed by Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur. This data is automatically saved into the FreshChat dashboard and a private Slack channel integrated and used to answer any FreshChat live chat inquiries.
When stored, the data is stored privately and never shared publicly or with a third party.
2.5 USE OF COOKIES
Cookies may be used to deliver content specific to your interests or for other purposes. Promotions or advertisements displayed on the site may contain cookies. I do not have access to or control over information collected by outside advertisers on this site.

A person’s email address is used by Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur to get in touch via email newsletter, products updates and offers related to products and services sold by Yann ilunga.
The details about the internet IP are used only for email marketing purposes for products and services sold by Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur – such as the Podcast Growth Hub and the Podcast Success Summit, both of which give speakers (for the Summit) and users (for the Hub) the option of earning an affiliate commission by promoting the Hub and/or Summit as an affiliate.
When a sale occurs through an affiliate link, the internet IP allows to identify whether the sale was generated through speaker A’s or speaker B’s affiliate link and who’s entitled to the affiliate commission.
The only purpose the geographical data serves is for Yann ilunga to be able to identify where his community members live and possibly organise meetups and in-person events if he happens to visit the specific city or area.
And the partial information related to payments is used only for monthly or annual membership renewal purposes like in the case of the Podcast Growth Hub membership site.
The data collected above is stored in a couple of different places, all managed by Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur:

The collected data related to a person’s name and email address may be saved in the 360 Entrepreneur’s database.
Even though the data is automatically saved and stored in a few dashboards, it’s managed by Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur and never shared with or sold to any other company or individual.
In addition, anonymous information may be collected and used to analyze the yannilunga.com (and other 360 Entrepreneur websites’) site traffic and user experience through a tool like Google Analytics.
Anonymous IP address may be used to help diagnose problems with the servers, to administer the websites or to display content according to a visitor’s preferences.
Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners and advertisers on an aggregate and anonymous basis.
2.7 DATA STORAGE DURATION AND DELETION
The information collected is stored for as long as a person is part of the email newsletter and is part of products or services sold by 360 Entrepreneur, like the Podcast Growth Hub membership site.
A person can unsubscribe from the email newsletter and cancel his/her membership subscription at any time.
After this step, the collected information may still be stored in the 360 Entrepreneur database or CRM system for internal analysis purposes only. In this case, the person is not contacted anymore as the decision of unsubscribing and/or canceling a membership can be understood as the termination of the consent of contacting him/her.
The 360 Entrepreneur email newsletter database is “cleansed” at least once a year and the information related to a person who unsubscribed is completely deleted during this operation.
A person can get all of their information deleted in a couple of business days by getting in touch through the Contact Page.
2.8 DATA DELETION PROCESS
When a person decides to cancel his/her subscription from any of the 360 Entrepreneur products or services – such as the Podcast Growth Hub – they’re removed from the database related to such product or service.
However, if he/she signed up for the Yann ilunga’s 360 Entrepreneur email newsletter, he/she may still receive email updates and offer.
If a person decides to unsubscribe from the email newsletter, he/she will not receive any more emails, as the cancellation of the subscription can be understood as the termination of the permission to get in touch.
The data collected may still be stored temporarily into the email database and 360 Entrepreneur database (for internal analysis purposes only) until the “cleaning” process that takes place at least once a year.
